These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Wander World Destinations website, products, and travel planning services operated by Wander World Destinations LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or working with us to plan travel, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Wander World Destinations

Wander World Destinations LLC is a professional travel planning company that assists clients with research, booking, trip coordination, and travel support. We act as an agent between travelers and travel suppliers (including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies and more).

We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, transportation, or any travel providers.

2. Client Responsibilities

When booking travel through Wander World Destinations, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Review all travel documents for accuracy (names, dates, airports, spelling, passports)

  • Comply with passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destination

  • Make payments by the required deadlines

Failure to provide accurate information may result in itinerary changes or denial of service by travel suppliers, at the client’s expense.

3. Payments & Planning Fees

Some services require a non-refundable planning fee before research or booking begins.
Planning fees cover time, expertise, and support—not the cost of travel.

Trip payments, deposits, and balances are paid directly to travel suppliers.
Payment schedules and cancellation policies are set by each supplier, not Wander World Destinations.

If a client does not pay on time, reservations may be canceled by suppliers without refund.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Travel Credits

All airlines, hotels, resorts, and tour companies have their own cancellation and refund policies.

Because we are not the supplier:

  • We cannot override supplier rules

  • We cannot guarantee refunds

  • Some bookings are non-refundable or may result in travel credits instead of cash refunds

Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier policies before booking.

No-show travelers are not eligible for refunds or credits.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against:

✔ Medical emergencies
✔ Trip interruption or cancellation
✔ Missed flights
✔ Baggage delays or loss
✔ Unexpected illness, weather, strikes, or closures

Wander World Destinations is not responsible for losses, delays, or trip disruptions for clients who decline travel insurance.

6. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and required entry documents.

If a traveler is denied boarding or entry due to missing or expired documents, no refund will be issued.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.

7. Travel Risks

Travel may involve risks, including but not limited to:

  • Illness or injury

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Transportation delays

  • Government actions

  • Supplier changes or cancellations

By booking travel, the client accepts these risks.
Wander World Destinations is not responsible for events beyond our control.

8. Supplier Changes

Airlines, hotels, and tour companies may:

  • Change schedules

  • Modify amenities

  • Delay or cancel services

  • Reassign flights or rooms

These changes are outside of our control, and no compensation is guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wander World Destinations is not liable for:

  • Airline delays, cancellations, or missed connections

  • Acts of nature or weather

  • Illness, injury, or death

  • Supplier failure, bankruptcy, or refusal of service

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage

  • Errors made by travel suppliers

Our responsibility is limited to the planning and coordination of travel arrangements.

10. Website Usage

All content on our website—including images, logos, text, and design—is owned by Wander World Destinations and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or copy our content

  • Violate any applicable laws

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used only to plan and book travel.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
