WORKING WITH WWD
The Basics,
Answered Honestly
Do I really need a travel advisor — can't I just book it myself? You can book it yourself — but there is a difference between booking a trip and curating an experience. I bring vendor relationships, destination expertise, and a level of personal attention that no travel app can replicate. I also save you the hours of research, the second-guessing, and the stress of not knowing if you got it right. For the trips that matter most, having the right person in your corner is worth it.
How involved do I need to be in the planning process? As involved as you want to be. Some clients love collaborating on every detail. Others hand the process over entirely and show up to the airport ready to go. I adjust my approach to match yours — guiding without overwhelming, and executing without requiring you to manage me.
What types of trips do you specialize in? My four core specialties are destination weddings, honeymoons and romance travel, women's group retreats, and accessible and inclusive travel. I also plan custom luxury itineraries for clients whose trips don't fit neatly into one category. If it involves travel and it matters to you, I want to help you plan it right.
What happens after I book my trip? Once we have locked in your plan, I handle all bookings, vendor communication, and logistics coordination. You will receive detailed Know Before You Go materials before your departure — covering everything from what to pack to what to expect at each stage of your trip. And I am available throughout your journey if anything comes up.
I am curious but not ready to commit yet. Is that okay? Absolutely. Many of my clients start with curiosity and end with a confirmed itinerary. The consultation is complimentary and comes with zero pressure. Come with your ideas, your questions, or just a vague sense that you need to go somewhere — I will help you figure out the rest.
How are unexpected changes handled before or during my trip? You will not be handling them alone. I am available throughout your trip for support — whether that is a flight change, a vendor issue, or something unexpected at the destination. That is what having a real travel advisor means. You are never left to navigate a travel challenge by yourself.
Do you offer payment flexibility? Yes. A structured payment schedule is available for select experiences. Details are shared during the booking process to ensure everything feels clear and manageable. The goal is to make it possible for you to start planning now without paying everything at once.
GROUP RETREATS
Bali Bloom &,
Women's Retreats
What is Bali Bloom: The Sisterhood Journey? Bali Bloom is my signature women's group retreat — a 7-day experience in Bali, Indonesia designed for high-achieving women who are ready to exhale, reconnect, and step into the next version of themselves. It runs May 14 through 20, 2027, is capped at 14 women, and early bird spots start at $1,999 with a $99 deposit to secure your place. This is not just a trip. It is a turning point.
I have never traveled internationally. Can I still join a group retreat? Bali Bloom is my signature women's group retreat — a 7-day experience in Bali, Indonesia designed for high-achieving women who are ready to exhale, reconnect, and step into the next version of themselves. It runs May 14 through 20, 2027, is capped at 14 women, and early bird spots start at $1,999 with a $99 deposit to secure your place. This is not just a trip. It is a turning point.
What if group travel feels overwhelming to me? That feeling is more common than you think — and it is exactly why my retreats are intentionally designed with breathing room. There are optional activities, personal time built into the schedule, and a group size that is intimate enough to feel like sisterhood rather than a tour bus. You will have space to show up exactly as you are.
What is the payment structure for Bali Bloom? Bali Bloom requires a $99 deposit to secure your spot, followed by monthly payments through January 2027. Early bird pricing is $1,999 for the first 5 spots, then $2,499 for remaining spots. Payment plans make it possible to start planning now without paying everything upfront.
What is included in the Bali Bloom retreat price? Full details are shared during the enrollment process. The experience is designed to be as all-inclusive as possible — covering accommodations, curated group excursions, and the signature sisterhood experience. Begin the conversation to receive the full trip details and inclusions.
Can I bring a friend to a group retreat? Absolutely — and honestly, there is nothing better than experiencing a retreat with a girlfriend. Just keep in mind that spots are capped at 14 women total, so both you and your friend will need to secure your deposits separately to guarantee your places. Spots fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
TRAVEL SAFETY
Safe Travel IS
Luxury Travel
How do you approach travel safety for your clients? Safety is built into every itinerary — not added on at the end. I monitor destination advisories, vet every vendor, and make sure you know exactly what you are walking into before you board the plane. Every client receives detailed Know Before You Go materials that include safety protocols, emergency contacts, and destination-specific guidance. Peace of mind is standard here.
Do you recommend travel insurance? Always. Travel insurance is not optional in my world — it is part of responsible travel planning. I am an affiliate partner with Faye Travel Insurance, World Nomads and Global Rescue, both of which I personally vetted and trust. I can help you understand your options and select the coverage that makes the most sense for your specific trip..
Is it safe to travel internationally as a woman? Safe travel is not the opposite of luxury travel — it IS luxury travel. With the right preparation, the right destinations, and the right advisor, women travel internationally every day with confidence and joy. I specialize in making sure my clients have everything they need to move through the world safely — including enrolling in the STEP program through step.state.gov and understanding what resources are available to them wherever they go.
What happens if something goes wrong during my trip? You will not be handling it alone. I am available throughout your trip for support — whether that is a flight change, a vendor issue, or an unexpected situation at the destination. That is what having a real travel advisor means. You are never left to navigate a travel crisis by yourself.
What is the STEP program and should I enroll? STEP stands for Smart Traveler Enrollment Program. It is a free service offered by the U.S. State Department that allows American travelers to register their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. In the event of an emergency — natural disaster, civil unrest, or a family emergency back home — the Embassy can reach you and assist you. I recommend every client enroll before any international trip. You can register at step.state.gov.
ACCESSIBLE TRAVEL
Planning for Every
Traveler
Are you qualified to plan travel for someone with autism or special needs? Yes — and this is one of my core specialties. I hold certifications as a Certified Autism Travel Professional (CATP) and a Special Needs Group Advocate. I have specialized training in sensory-friendly destination planning, vendor communication, pre-trip preparation strategies, and accessible property vetting. This is not a listed service I put together casually — it is trained expertise I take seriously.
What does the planning process look like for accessible travel? It starts with a deep discovery conversation — I learn about your traveler specifically before I book anything. From there I vet every property directly for true accessibility, communicate your family's needs to all vendors in advance, build customized pre-trip preparation materials for your traveler, and stay available throughout your trip. The goal is for your family to arrive celebrated, not just accommodated.
Can families with special needs really experience luxury travel? Absolutely — and that is exactly the point. Luxury travel should belong to every family, not just the ones for whom travel comes easily. With the right planning and the right advisor, families with special needs experience extraordinary trips every day. My job is to make sure yours is one of them.
What destinations work well for travelers with autism or sensory sensitivities? There are wonderful options across the world — from sensory-friendly all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean to autism-certified experiences in the United States and beyond. The key is knowing which properties have been properly vetted and which ones simply check a box. That research is exactly what I do on your behalf before recommending anything.

My Special Needs Group Advocate certification covers a wide range of travel needs — including mobility considerations, cognitive differences, and other special requirements. Every planning process begins with a thorough discovery conversation so I understand exactly what your family needs before I make a single recommendation.
